Educational Qualification
At least Honors with Master degree in HR/ Management/ Management Information System/ International Business/ Organization Strategy & Leadership/ Public Administration/ International Relations/ Economics/ Law/ English/ Psychology/ Mass Communication & Journalism or MBA major in HR/ Management/ Management Information System/ International Business/ Organization Strategy & Leadership from any recognized university with at least GPA 3.50 on the scale of 5.00 and CGPA 3.00 on the scale of 4.00 or equivalent.

Allowances & Benefits:
- House Rent Allowance, Power House Allowance, Medical Benefits, Festival Bonus, Gratuity, other Fringe Benefits & Allowances as per the pay structure and the rules of Bangladesh-China Power Company Ltd.
- Income Tax: To be paid by the employee.
General Conditions:
- Candidates must have strong communication skill in English (written & oral) including computer literacy.
- Persons employed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization(s)/ Govt. owned company(s) should have permission from the proper authority.
- Candidates passed O level and A level having minimum grade point B for each subject can apply.
- Candidates passed from foreign institute(s) should have equivalent result and certificate from the competent authority.
- Candidates must be ready to work at Payra 1320 MW Thermal Power Plant of BCPCL, Kalapara, Patuakhali.
- Any kind of persuasion will disqualify the candidate.
- Age may be relaxed for the departmental candidate.
- The Management of Bangladesh-China Power Company Ltd. reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of post and cancel any or all applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Submission of Application:
- Interested candidates must apply through the Online Application System where a scanned photograph (within last 06 months) and signature of the candidate shall be inserted properly. The online application system will be available in the career site (https://career.bcpcl.org.bd) of Bangladesh-China Power Company Ltd.’s website (https://bcpcl.org.bd).
- The applicant must pay Tk. 200/- (Tk. Two Hundred) (excluding charge) through BCPCL Career Portal’s Online Payment Gateway to complete the application process in the career site of BCPCL (https://career.bcpcl.org.bd).
