Required Educational Qualification

MBBS degree from any recognized university/ college, plus 01-year internship along with BMDC registration having at least GPA 3.50 on the scale of 5.00 and CGPA 3.00 on the scale of 4.00 or equivalent in the academic career.

Age Limit:
Age shall be maximum 32 years as on Sunday, 29 Mar, 2026

Allowances & Benefits:

  1. House Rent Allowance, Power House Allowance, Medical Reimbursement/Allowance, Festival Bonus, Gratuity, other Fringe Benefits & Allowances as per the Pay Structure and the Rules of Bangladesh-China Power Company Ltd.
  2. Income Tax: To be paid by the employee. 

General Conditions:

  1. Candidates must have strong communication skill in English (written & oral) including computer literacy.
  2. Persons employed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization(s)/ Govt. owned company(s) should have permission from the proper authority.
  3. Candidates passed O level and A level having minimum grade point B for each subject can apply.
  4. Candidates passed from foreign institute(s) should have equivalent result and certificate from the competent authority.
  5. Candidates should also be capable of working in challenging and stressful situations.
  6. Candidates must be ready to work at Payra 1320 MW Thermal Power Plant of BCPCL, Kalapara, Patuakhali.
  7. Any kind of persuasion will disqualify the candidate.
  8. The Management of Bangladesh-China Power Company Ltd. reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of post and cancel any or all applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

Submission of Application:

  1. Interested candidates must apply through the Online Application System where a scanned photograph (within last 06 months) and signature of the candidate shall be inserted properly. The online application system will be available in the career site (https://career.bcpcl.org.bd) of Bangladesh-China Power Company Limited’s website (https://bcpcl.org.bd).
  2. The applicant must pay Tk. 200/- (Tk. Two Hundred) for the posts through BCPCL Career Portal’s Online Payment Gateway to complete the application process in the career site of BCPCL (https://career.bcpcl.org.bd).
  3. Interested candidates must apply not later than 19 April 2026 (05:00 p.m.).
